  Loving our new TV and the staff was so helpful in helping me pick it out for my hubby for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Looking forward to paying it off so we can buy a new living room set next:-)

  I hear nothing but bad experience at this location all my friends and acquaintances that have come here to get Appliances. Today we live in a world with the power of referrals and great reviews and I believe this is one location that I always hear that customers are always on unsatisfied. For the future customers out there always make sure that you do your research, and the staff of the location is willing to work with you under any circumstances they should be able to own up to anything that happens, the customer come 1st.

  Refuse to own up for their mistakes. Employees insisted on unloading the tv from our vehicle, and lifted it too high, smashing the corner of the screen on our vehicle. Both employees unloading it looked at each other acknowledgeding they just screwed up. Flash foreword to the return, and there is a huge chunk of glass missing from the tv screen and the LCD is leaking everywhere. We knew exactly what happened, and the manager and other employees still pinned it on us, as the two who unloaded it were nowhere to be found. We are now black listed in their system and cannot use their services anymore. Disappointed at the lack of responsibility this store displays.
